About Our Customers

A majority of Arch’s coal goes to producers of electric power in 36 of the 48 continental U.S. states. Through our national network of mines, Arch delivers over 13 percent of America's annual coal supply.

As one of the world's largest and most efficient U.S. coal producers, we supply coking and thermal coal to steel manufacturers, power producers and industrial facilities on five continents.

Arch's metallurgical coal platform is geared toward higher-quality coking coals to serve the global steel manufacturing industry.

The cleaner-burning, low-sulfur coals that Arch mines is a particularly strong fit for utilities under the Clean Air Act. And with mining operations strategically located in the east and west, Arch makes fuel delivery more reliable and affordable across the nation.
